New Client Testimonial - September 2020

I've been sporadically speaking to Sean for almost 6 years, however in the last 3 months I have committed to weekly sessions. I've seen hundreds of counsellors, lived 2 lifetimes in my short 39 years, have seen and heard it all before which you can imagine has left me confused, feeling so damaged and broken and making horrific choices.I don't know what happens in my sessions with Sean, we never have a conversation plan but somehow my mind is unravelling, releasing, making peace and allowing me to break the terrible patterns I've lived by my whole life.

It is at times not an easy process but one I know I want to go through so that I can live a happier more fulfilled life and I would not be able to do this with anyone else other than Sean.From the very beginning Sean gained my trust, allowed me to feel my emotions, cry when I needed to without feeling embarrassed and let me explain and express situations in my life that I’ve never told a soul.

Something is shifting, slowly. Knowing that I can speak to Sean each week enables me to have that one person who will listen without judgement and who will help me to look at life and myself through a different lens. Sean is helping me change my life and I couldn’t do it without him. If I can give one piece of advice from my experiences with Sean it is simply just do it. Commit to this process with him, commit to being a happier you, commit to finding life through the darkness.

My journey with Sean will probably never end and to be honest I wouldn’t want it to. He makes me feel more human than anyone I’ve ever known. I wouldn't be learning to be the authentic me without Sean helping me.
